About Payment

■ Wire Transfer
1. When you receive "Notice of Confirm Reservation" (via email or on your account with us). Please transfer a payment to our designated bank account by due date.
2 If there is no reservation number we cannot verify your payment. It is essential to make payment, please provide the reservation number .
3 Please notice us in advance, if reservation name and payment sender name are not same.
Without notice, we will be unable to verify your payment.
4 If you send two or more reservation at one transaction. Please enter each reservation number in between space.
5 Please make sure if your payment remittance is over due date, it may happen your reservation is cancelled.
6 Please remit full amount payment at once for an accommodation fee with all charges such as (taxes, fees).
7 Bank transfer fees will be paid by the customer.
8 Your payment will be treated as the wire transfer transaction.

■Payment method:
Payment input method (Sender's Name). For example
, NIHON TARO XXXX
(customer name + Reservation number) may enter the wire transfer slip or on the ATM screen.

Change the Reservation or Cancel

■The Change of booking, how to cancel a reservation
1. Our Internet Online Hotel Booking system (the system), the reservation booked through change or cancel E as a general rule, Please contact us by email if your reservation was made over our internet online reservation system (we use "reservation system" as follow).
■For the cancellation fee
1. After Hotel and tour booking is completed (contracted), any case of cancellation by the customer matter, we apply our cancellation policy.
2 Cancellation by the customer matter, we charge the cancellation fee for such like the price of the tour, hotel accommodation fee with following rates.
3 Cancellation cause of unexpected transprtation delay or cancel also subject to charge of cancel fee at our side.
4 There is a special rule will be applied for the holiday season in the Thailand. In the Thailand holidais, we will charg 100% for cancelliation.
5 If no particular description for cancel, it mean subject of regular cancellation rule applied. 　Please make sure if there is note for cancel, special cancellation rule is applied. 　In addition, during the busy periods (GW, mid-August, year-end and New Year holidays, special holidays, etc. ) within 10 business days cancellation are subject of cancel charge. (AT THE HOTEL's DISCRETION. ).

About a cancellation fee

(Note) Cancellation request is accepted 24 hours. However if your request was received after our business hour (We open 9am - 6pm local time Thailand), your request will be processed on next business day. (Saturday, Sunday and Natinal Holiday is not our business day)
Example) accommodation start date is Monday May 10.
In this case, if we receive cancellation notice on Friday May 7 is acknowledged as cancel on one day before of accommodation. As same manner, cancel on Thursday May 6 is cancel at 2 days before, Wednesday May 5 cancel is as 3 days before.
The Cancellation refund, refund of change reservation
1. We process all refund on end of present month. If you notice us the remit account for refund on 1st throug last day of the month, we process refund on 2nd day of the next month. (If 2nd day of the next month is national holiday, holiday or bank holiday, we process on next working day)
2 Bank fee for the refund is subject to charge. You may recieve amont that bank charge had been deducted.
3 If cancellation had occur by any reason of us, hotels or operator, we pay bank charge for refund when we process a cancellation. Please make sure, we do not pay any charge for your remittance to us.
