Great French food inside a great modern art museum

Paul Bocuse's brasseries were made to introduce the real taste of French cuisine to people in Japan. In a cheerful atmosphere that reflects his personality, guests are able to enjoy good French food made of ingredients of high quality, at reasonable price. In January 2007, the first Brassrie Paul Bocuse opened inside the National Arts Centre, Tokyo, which is the newest and largest national art museum in Japan. The brasserie is situated on top of a unique inverted cone shaped building serving traditional brasserie menus as well as exhibition menus that goes with the afterglow of the exhibition. In a fantastic atmosphere surrounded by a view over the window, guest are able to enjoy an exclusive and artistic moment.
