NEBOKE has specialized in Tosa cuisine

Established in 1917, NEBOKE has specialized in Tosa cuisine, a local cuisine of Kochi Prefecture.
Enjoy a variety of dishes such as "fresh sashimi" prepared with fresh fish caught in the morning, fresh "low-pesticide vegetables" delivered direct from Kochi and "shabu-shabu", made with lean Wagyu Beef from Kochi. They carry many different brands of Kochi's local sake and shochu that go well with the local cuisine.
