Japanese takoyaki and Korean chijimi

This little shop may not look like much at firstglace, but it only tales one bite to understand why I included it in this list. Located in the middle of Tsuruhashi, Takohachi is surrounded by a large number of popular Korean-style yakiniku restaurants, but it has made a name for itself despite the steep competition. Its sweet , fluffy okonomiyaki is a test experience like none other. They also offer delicious chijimi-this is the Japanese work for jijim, a delicious Korean rush similar in some ways to okonomiyaki that is often called pajeon in Korean. The friendly old ladies who run the place are welcoming , chatting with all of their customers. The prices at Takohachi are she go the lowest around, despite the quality of the food also being among the very best in town.
