The Museum Aquarium is one of the oldest in the world. It is founded in 1910 by Prince Albert I. The museum has more than 6000 specimens in 90 aquariums and dedicates science of sea, which shows us various kinds of sea lives divided by 3 sections; Mediterranean sea, Tropical sea and Shark lagoon. The Shark lagoon is very hot spot above all. Because its enormous aquarium is 6 metres deep and containing 450,000 litres of sea water, blacktip reef sharks, a nurse shark, a hawksbill sea turtle, moray eels and a majestic giant guitarfish live side by side. We can watch them as if we were under the sea with beautiful fishes, corals and thilling sharks really before us! We can easily know and approach mysterious world of the sea observing their ways of life closely through this spectacular.
