: Encounter For couples For family With kids For seniorPlaza de Espana (Spain Square) is a large square and popular tourist destination located in central Madrid. it is famous for there is a monument of a Spanish novelist, Miguel de Cervantes, who wrote "Don Quixote". And it is a short walk south to "Royal Palace of Madrid" from the square. Another feature of this square is there are two of the tallest buildings in Madrid around here. One is "Torre de Madrid (Madrid tower)" that is 142 m (466 ft) tall and built in 1957. Another one is "Edificio España (Spain Building)" that is 117 m (384 ft) tall and built in 1953. There is also find the House of Gallardo, built in 1911, considered one of the notable examples of Art Nouveau style architecture in the city.
