Main art museum

Museo del Prado is a the main Spanish national art museum, located in central Madrid. It was designed by architect Juan de Villanueva in 1785. And it was opened to the public for the first time in 1819. Now it held more than 7000 art collections. For example the large numbers of works by Francisco de Goya, Diego Velázquez, Titian, Peter Paul Rubens and Hieronymus Bosch are among the highlights of the collection. Not only collections but also this museum hold many exhibition and education programs. That's why this museum have been loved ever since. Two painting work by Goya

"The Clothed Maja" and "The Nude Maja". These work was painted by Spanish artist Francisco Goya. It is said to be the first painting in which female pubic hair is visible, making it totally profane at the time.

"The Third of May 1808" was painted by Spanish painter Francisco Goya in 1814. It depicts the battle at Medina del Rio Seco in Spain. It is said that The Man in the White Shirt is a Christ figure.
