The church has a long history

It is a basilica church was built upon the ruins of that temple. There were six columns and triangular tympanum in front. But collapsed in the earthquake in 1688. The church was severely damaged after that. But today, this church building is almost unchanged since the 16th century. You are able to see fresco, marble pillars and walls.
