Famous restaurant in the heart of Cours Saleya

This restaurant is proud of its 40 years' career, and local people come happily to taste French cuisine. Most of them prefer to have a seat on the terrace. Inside, pictures on the wall and fashionable waiters create pleasant ambiance. Not to mention French cuisine such as bagna cauda (immerse vegetables in hot olive oil and anchovy paste), merda de can (dog poop), a type of gnocchi stuffed with spinach. Don't miss also rabbit roasted in the wood oven; an excellent fried zuchini or any of the grilled fish dishes. Try also Provencal pizza made with French cheese, ham and parsely sause.
