When you enter the grounds of the temple from the east, you are greeted by a large Naga at the bridge over the moat.
It is the first Naga to be used as a parapet.

If you climb to the top, views of the surrounding jungle are beautiful.
Damage is severe, most of the relief on the buildings is difficult to make out, but the relief of an Asura battle can be observed at the top.

You will be able to stroll calmly, as compared to Angkor Wat visitor numbers are small.
