La Barceloneta is a neighborhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona. Ando also it is known for sandy beach. There are many restaurants and nightclubs along the boardwalk. People love to come and eat fish, seafood and enjoy "tapas". This beach has a great influence on Spanish novelist, Miguel de Cervantes. The the character in his famous novel, Don Quixote lost in a battle and quite his adventure in Barceloneta.
