If there's no sumo event, it's still worth visiting Sumo Museum for free. When the tounament is on, you NEED a ticket to the tournament to get in the museuem.

This garden was constructed for a feudal lord in Edo period and is good for people who want to take a break or a walk. And If you have some time to spend till your sumo starts, it's worth visiting. This beautiful garden keeps a pond where carps and tortoises swim and a vivid vermilion small bridge. Color-changing leaves on the tree at fall paints amazingly on the canvas. And skytree is viewed in distance too.

Yokoamicho Park was built and opened in September 1930. To remember the people who died in the earthquake and the major undertaking of rebuilding Tokyo after the earthquake, Tokyo Memorial Hall and the Memorial Hall of Reconstruction were built. After that, this became the memorial park to remember the loss of the souls who died in the Great Tokyo Air Raid as well.

The building was modeled after an elevated-floor type warehouse. At its highest point, it is 62.2m.
